PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
-240g pumpkin pulp (without the skin)
-1+1/2 ecodoses of water
-80g ricotta
PREPARATION
Dice the pumpkin, put it in the pressure cooker, add 1 + ½ ecodoses of water (375ml).
Close the lid and after the "hiss", lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the cooker from the hob, vent the valve and remove the lid. Mash in a vegetable mill or liquidise.
Place the pumpkin cream in the dish, then add a tablespoon of ricotta in the middle after mashing it with a fork to make it softer.
