Pilaf rice with vegetables and soy sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
240gr parboiled rice;
2 Ecodoses of vegetable stock;
salt and pepper to taste;
10gr extra virgin olive oil;
15gr butter;
100gr courgettes;
60gr red pepper;
60gr yellow pepper;
20gr white onion;
60gr carrots;
soy sauce to taste;
30gr bean sprouts;
30gr string beans;
80gr cauliflower;
60g asparagus
PREPARATION
It is an oriental-style first course that may be made with different types of rice: either parboiled or not. Sauté 10gr chopped white onion with oil in a non-stick pan. Then add all the vegetables cut into sticks and sauté them well. Add salt and pepper and moisten with the soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat, adding 0.5 dl vegetable stock. The vegetables must be still crunchy. Then sauté the remaining onion in the pressure cooker with the butter and rice, add the remaining boiling stock (4.5 dl), close and cook for 8 minutes after the hiss. When done, serve the pilaf rice with the vegetables.
