Peas, mint and salmon soup

PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
800gr frozen peas
2 chopped shallots
1 crushed garlic clove (optional)
½ l vegetable or chicken stock
1 sprig fresh mint
120 ml cream, smoked salmon
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Cut the onion into thin slices and sauté in the pressure cooker with the garlic on medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add the peas and cover with stock. Cook for 5 minutes after the hiss.
- Turn off the heat and blend the peas, add the cream and chopped mint. Add salt and pepper to taste and let cool. If the soup is too thick add a little water.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and arrange them on each plate.
