INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 small orange

12 lychees

1 Pink Lady apple

8 -10 star anise

3 tbsp of brown sugar

3 ½ tbsp of orange juice

1 ecodose water

4 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 passion fruits

a pinch of cinnamon

 

PREPARATION

Wash the pears and cut them at the base with a sharp knife to make them even, so that they can easily stand in an upright position in the pot. Keep the stem (for aesthetic reasons) in order to easily lift them from the caramel and honey.
