PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
8 small Kaiser pears,
Freshly squeezed and filtered juice of 1 orange,
Freshly squeezed and filtered juice of 2 lemons,
100gr sugar,
100gr raisins,
2 tablespoons pine kernels,
1 Ecodose of dry white wine,
1 Ecodose of Rum,
PREPARATION
1 Mix together the orange and lemon juice, put it in a bowl and add the raisins. Let stand for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze the raisins and reserve the juice.
2 Wash and peel the pears, then cut them in halves or wedges. Put them in the cooker, add the orange and lemon juice, then add the Ecodoses of wine and the Rum. Also add the raisins and sugar. Close the lid and set on a high heat. Cook for 3 minutes after the hiss.
3 Then gradually let the steam vent, open the lid and drain the pears. Add the pine kernels and put it on medium-high heat again uncovered. Let the sauce thicken for 5 minutes, then serve the pears moistened with the sauce, pine kernels and raisins.
