INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
-500gr dry cannellini or borlotti beans
-6 ecodoses of water
-extra virgin olive oil
-120gr pastina (stelline,risoni,etc..)
Soak the dry beans for 12 hours. Drain the beans and rinse them, then put them in the pressure cooker. Add the diced carrot and onion, add the 6 ecodoses of water (1500ml) and cook for 25 minutes, lowering the heat after the "hiss".
Remove the cooker from the hob, vent the valve and remove the lid. Check whether you need to add a little water (in which case use boiling water), add the pastina, stir and close the cooker.
Put on the hob again and after the "hiss", lower the heat and cook for 1 minute. At the end of cooking, turn off, vent the valve and open the cooker.
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, wait 3/4 minutes for the pasta to cook well.
