INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
6 medium sized potatoes
fresh parsley
olive oil
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
- Insert the steaming basket in the pressure cooker and add water to the rim. Place the unpeeled potatoes in the basket and cook for 10 minutes after the cooker starts hissing.
- When done, let the steam vent, open the cooker and peel the potatoes.
- Dice them and season them with oil and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve either cold or warm.
