INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

-125gr millet

-180gr baby chard

-140gr potatoes

-2 ecodoses of water

-extra virgin olive oil

 

PREPARATION

Rinse the millet well several times then pour it in the pressure cooker. Add 1 +1/2 ecodoses boiling water (375ml), after the hiss turn down the flame and cook for 20 minutes.

 

Remove the cooker from the heat, vent the valve. Open the cooker and add the peeled potatoes cut into small cubes, then the washed baby chard, chopped with a knife, add the other half ecodose of boiling water (125ml).

 

Close the lid again and after the "hiss", lower the heat and cook for another 15 minutes.

Remove the cooker from the heat, vent the valve, open the cooker, add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and cream the stew, pour the millet into an ovenproof dish.
