Martin Sec pears in red wine and star anise with cinnamon ice-cream

PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
8 Martin Sec pears;
7 dl red wine;
250gr sugar;
star anise to taste;
120gr cinnamon ice-cream;
1 lemon;
PREPARATION
First, peel the pears and core them with a corer, working through the bottom. Cook the pears with the red wine, star anise orange and lemon zest and sugar in the pressure cooker for 17 minutes, clocked after the hiss. At the end of cooking, open the cooker and take out the pears, keeping them in a warm place. Reduce the remaining wine directly in the open cooker, until obtaining a syrupy sauce. Serve the pears warm, with a scoop of cinnamon ice-cream and covered with the cooking sauce.
