PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 125gr pearl barley
- 125gr lentils
-2 ecodoses of water
- half a carrot
PREPARATION
Soak the lentils for about half an hour then drain them, rinse them and put them in the pressure cooker.
Rinse the barley as well and put it in the pressure cooker, add the carrot cut into tiny cubes. Add the 2 ecodoses of water (500ml) and close the pressure cooker.
After the "hiss", lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, remove the cooker from the hob, vent the valve and remove the lid. Add a drizzle of oil.
