Lemon scented sea bass fillets

PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
2 clean and filleted sea bass
half an onion
extra virgin olive oil
1 untreated organic lemon
rosemary, thyme and sage to scent
As a side
Pour the extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the finely chopped onion.
Lay the fish in the pan with the halved cherry tomatoes.
Halve the lemon and squeeze half the juice on the sea bass fillet while it's cooking.
When almost done add the rosemary, thyme and sage
When done, assemble the dish with the fillet and cherry tomatoes, cut the remaining lemon half into rounds to garnish
As an alternative to the cherry tomatoes, slice the pepper, courgette and aubergine and grill them with easygrill.
