Fresh tomato soup

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
500gr tomatoes on the vine,
4 spring onions cut into rounds,
3 tablespoons oil,
2 Ecodoses of vegetable stock,
Salt and pepper,
200 ml fresh single cream,
juice of 1 lemon.
1 Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, then cut them into small pieces. Peel the cucumbers and dice them.
2 Heat the oil in the cooker then brown the spring onions. Add a little salt and pepper.
3 Add the cucumbers and the 2 Ecodoses of stock. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes after the hiss.
4 Gradually vent the steam, open the cooker, add the tomatoes and add any salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, then let cool a little.
5 Mix the cream with the lemon juice, then add to the soup and serve in the bowls.
