PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
-one fennel
-2 large carrots
-1+1/2 ecodoses of water
-a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Place them in the pressure cooker, add 1 + ½ ecodoses of water (375ml), close the cooker and cook for 12 minutes turning down the heat after the hiss.
Remove the cooker from the hob, vent the valve and remove the lid. Mash in a vegetable mill or liquidise.
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil before serving.
