Coffee rice pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
100gr Arborio rice
1 ecodose of water
1 ecodose of milk
80gr fine sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
150 ml fresh single cream
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Put the rice in the cooker with the ecodoses of water and milk, the sugar, vanilla
and instant coffee. Mix, then close with the lid and cook for 11 minutes
from the hiss, with the valve in position 1.
Keep the heat very low while the rice is cooking, otherwise the
milk might boil over. If necessary, you can cover the valve with a
paper tissue when you turn it to vent it.
At the end of cooking, turn off the heat, vent the valve, open the
lid and let cool for half an hour mixing from time to time.
Remove the vanilla and divide the rice into two coffee cups.
Separately whip the cream with the icing sugar, using an electric mixer.
Place one dollop of cream on top and serve.
