INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
1 cut red cabbage,
2 cloves of garlic,
Pine kernels,
Raisins,
Salt and pepper,
1 tablespoon sugar,
3 tablespoons vinegar,
1 Ecodose of water,
Extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
1 Soak the raisins for 15 minutes. Heat one tablespoon of oil with the chopped garlic. Add the cabbage and sauté briefly. Adjust salt and pepper, add the Ecodose of water and cook for 10 minutes after the hiss.
2 Gradually vent the steam, open the cooker. If any water is left, cook for another 2 or 3 minutes without lid to evaporate it. Add the drained raisins and pine kernels, toast and serve warm.
